I'm joining Michelle & friends for some Caffeinated Randomness today. It's been one of those weeks! :)
But I couldn't resist sharing, since it's a secret no more...next Monday, March 7th, we'll be starting my Red Hot Bible Study!! Can I get a Woo Hoo?? :)
Many of you have heard the journey of our Magnificent Monday night Bible study. (Thank you, God!)
And as you may remember, I've been working on writing Red Hot material for the past year or so. I was so blessed to share some of my new messages last weekend at the amazing Red Hot Retreat sponsored and planned by Sunshine Church.
So now, during the month of March, on Monday nights, I'll be going into more detail, teaching "never been shared" material based on Rev 3:14-21 (and the Lukewarm Church of Laodicea).
This will be a new format for all of us ~ myself included. How exciting! How terrifying (for me!)!
Our Magnificent Monday group meets at Sunshine Community Church at 7:00 PM. (Although we meet at Sunshine, women from all different churches, all different backgrounds in the area attend).
Typically, we begin with a large group gathering, have some fun, worship (have you met our Worship Leader Erica Simpson?? ~ she's phenomenal!), break up into small groups, and then come back together and for a 30-40 minute teaching. We end at 9:00 PM. The homework this season will be minimal ~ trust me! :)
Did I mention we serve coffee and yummy treats?! :)

Wish I lived closer...I'd come to your Red Hot study!!
My God sized challenge....it always has to do with the ministry that God has ordained for me. Just staying humble, teachable, and usable before God is always a challenge for me. I'm a classic Type A and it is easy for me to go rolling off on my own agenda. Over the years the Lord has disciplined me to the point that I'm better about staying on His course than i used to be.
With the publication of the Legacy study, I had to really hand that over to Him and ask Him to place it in the hands of the ladies that HE wants it.
It is always a challenge to hold the things of this world LOOSELY!!
